These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by MyExecutive by Kim (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
MyExecutive by Kim provides virtual administrative, executive support, bookkeeping assistance, project coordination, and related business support services. Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond in a timely manner when approvals or feedback are required
  • Ensure they have the legal right to share any documents or data provided to us
4. Payment Terms
  • Fees will be outlined in a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice
  • Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise stated
  • We may require a retainer or deposit before services begin
  • Late payments may result in paused or suspended services
5. Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Independent Contractor
MyExecutive by Kim operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all client information, documents, and business operations, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under California law, MyExecutive by Kim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide professional support services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, documents, and deliverables created by MyExecutive by Kim remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
