With more than 20 years of industry experience, I am committed to delivering knowledgeable, dependable, and dedicated service. As a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor professional, I bring both administrative and bookkeeping expertise to help businesses stay organized and operate efficiently. Colleagues and clients describe me as efficient, proactive, highly knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I take pride in building strong professional relationships and providing exceptional support, ensuring every task is handled with attention to detail and completed to the highest standard.
I've always enjoyed bringing structure and organization to busy businesses. From analyzing data and balancing books to coordinating events and managing daily operations, I thrive on creating efficient systems that save time and keep everything running smoothly. I'm also highly tech-savvy and committed to continuous learning, so I can provide my clients with the best tools and solutions to support their success.
Based in Las Vegas, NV and Costa Mesa, CA, I work either remotely from my office at home or locally on site, depending on my clients’ needs. Outside of work, I am a Rover dog sitter with a love for animals, the beach, and the mountains. I also enjoy concerts and comedy shows and am recently engaged, and I value time with family and friends!

Pauline is passionate about helping business owners gain confidence in their finances through accurate bookkeeping, sound accounting practices, and practical financial guidance. With a commitment to integrity, accuracy, and personalized service, she partners with clients to keep their financial records organized, simplify day-to-day accounting, and provide the insights needed to make informed business decisions.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, where she was recognized on the Dean's Honor List. Pauline is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and an accomplished Financial Controller with more than 30 years of experience in financial accounting, management consulting, tax planning, payroll administration, and business advisory services.
Throughout her career, Pauline has supported high-net-worth individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries, delivering strategic financial guidance, accurate reporting, and comprehensive accounting solutions.
Her technical expertise includes QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, FRX, Epicor, Navision, and numerous other cloud-based accounting platforms, allowing her to adapt to each client's unique business needs.
Known for her strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine passion for numbers, Pauline enjoys educating business owners on financial best practices and helping them establish organized accounting systems that support long-term growth, informed decision-making, and efficient business operations.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, cooking, and watching movies.
Lina brings over 15 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, and client relations, including extensive experience supporting law firms. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Lina's primary specialty is Arabic translation services, providing accurate, culturally sensitive translations for individuals and businesses. Her language expertise, combined with her strong marketing background, allows her to effectively bridge communication gaps while helping organizations connect with diverse audiences.
